Any of you will notice the new name BEIM. Formerly EBIM - European Baking Ingredients Market report. We decided it made sense to align the now popular annual report directly with our successful quarterly journal Baking Europe, hence the change in name. BEIM still contains Fedima's annual update containing unmissable content and reports on a wide variety of relevant subjects such as sustainability, deforestation and the responsible sourcing code of conduct, alongside cutting-edge articles on supply chain challenges.
